If you make a weapon, do you have to test it with a male an female charicter

to see if it clips, I'm really only concerned about he hands, but all the weapons I made

were tested with a female charicter, just wondering.

 

 

Also I forgot to set aside a .esp version for distribution, and master updated

the only copy to a update with a gun an navmesh inside

I would have remade it, but the nav mesh wore me out

 

I was wondering since I uploaded a esp that I master updated

if it would still work, can you un-masterupdate something

I can't really open that up in GECK an set it to active, idk

 

I'm more concerned if the mod will work since it's a master update version

that other people might download an not have a master update applyed

If you no longer have the backup, you can just rename FO3Edit.exe to FO3MasterRestore.exe, and that should undo the esm-ifying.

I'm I thinking right by wanting to have a just plain old plug in uploaded for peeps to download

 

 

Also um, if you make edits to fire rates an stuff, do you need to include the back up

 

 

or does the back up change things back to how it was before FO3edit touched it

I can't speak for Elminster, but I think you can trust FO3Edit to work as advertised. As for what you should or shouldn't post, that's entirely up to you and your own purposes. I wouldn't post an esm unless I absolutely needed to, because there are serious problems associated with that (most notably, it isn't as clean about installing/uninstalling the mod if it's an esm type).
