Fix for an old, yet fun, mod.

This is my first request, and I don't even know if it's my place to ask for this, but here goes.

 

There's a mod titled "Feint Death" -- Found here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6853

 

It's simple, amazingly fun, and horridly buggy.

The mod just makes your character go ragdoll. Fun as hell to give yourself 200 speed and charge things. Sends you flying. However, it doesn't seem to be supported by the creator, nor do I know of any mods like it.

Now, the problem is two things will happen after you're done flailing.

 

First, you wont be able to get up. Ever.

 

Second, you'll CTD.

 

I don't think it works right for anyone.

 

So, if it's alright if I may ask, could any modder out there please take up this mod and correct these issues? Giving the proper credit, of course.

I thought I'd just add -- I know this isn't something high in demand, but I have no clue how to fix it myself. If no one is willing to do it, than I'm more than willing to hear any tips on how to fix it myself, but I have zero mod experience.

There is a 'Feign' death spell in some mod that works. Why not try that one?

I'll give it a try, but I use the original mod I posted to launch myself and have fun with ragdoll. not to actually fake death. Does this do the same?

After extensive searching, I found a fix

Edit2: Great. Well, I still CTD with the fixed ESP in that mod. The getup activates fine, but I CTD upon doing it. It's an issue on my end, evidently, but I don't know what would cause it.

I would try using OBSE with the weOCPS plugin. These have helped reduce my crashing problems to nearly nothing. Maybe they will help you too.

You can get up, I always do

 

If you have god mode(tgm) enabled then you wont get up

Are you using the default move buttons, because i use those instead of the buttons i use for movement and i get up ok

Fatigue has something to do with it, Maybe your fatigue is to low

Finally when you do get stuck on the floor type in the console set.av fatigue [number here and no brackets] and then you'll get up

Well, the fix I posted a few posts back makes it so different buttons are used to get back up. I no longer get stuck on the ground at all, the getup button always "works", it just causes me to crash. It shouldn't be conflicting with anything, and it doesn't appear to be.

 

Also, I do use the weOCPS plugin, and it has made my game very stable. This is one of the only CTDs I experience.

 

Note: Tried using Setav. The command went in right, but my fatigue stayed down. The script for the mod continuously drains fatigue so you stay down.
