Game Freezing Randomly

Hello Guys, I've had the game since it's been out, I love it both for being a Bethesda game and a new Fallout. For my BDay I decided to get all the expansions and have been playing them with some mods. Recently the game started to freeze at random points. The longer I play into the game the faster it will freeze from game load. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts. Below I'll pose the usual comp specs and mod list.

Windows Vista 32 bit

4Gb RAM

Asus GeForce 250 GTS 1Gb 256 bit

On Board Sound

2.4 GH Quad Core processor

Wasteland Homes (IE Caravan Home)

Anchorage Repair

Pitt Repair

BSteel Repair (These four are part of a cross wep mod that is for the DLC, suppose to be compatible with vanilla Cross Wep Repair)

Plookout Repair

 

I'm patched to v1.6

 

Any help would be appreciated, I want to be able to play through the DLC but with at least most of the mods that I feel really make the game more fun then it already is.

There's so many problems with this game, frankly it's a wonder that it works at all. I get random freezing and CTDs myself, and I just consider it part of the fact that it's a Bethesda game, but there are a lot of people who somehow don't seem to have those problems. :wallbash:
