Souperintendent
I've had this problem before when trying to edit a texture on someone else's mod, but now I'm having trouble with just a normal, unaltered mod, and I don't know how to fix it. Basically, the texture doesn't show correctly, and instead is more like a chameleon, changing depending on where I am/where I'm looking. Image is attached below. Here's the mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53979/? And a picture of what my head should look like: http://static-4.nexusmods.com/15/mods/130/images/53979-2-1384589073.jpg How do I fix this? Thanks. TrickyVein
Flickering textures indicate filepath issues. Either the file can't be found or it isn't recognized by the engine. Depending on how you've edited the texture and saved it again, this could very well be the case.
Souperintendent
Well I didn't touch anything, this is how it was when I installed it. They're .dds files, too, so they should be fine. Do you know how I can check the filepath?

nivea
Fix the texture file pathes, open the nif in nifskope/Geck and then change the textures to the correct place. Alot of times people put file paths that start with C: but that does not work for everyone and can cause issues, it appears to the mod author to work (and even many mod users) but then someone has a drive named D: instead and then it will not work correctly.
