xenosnake
Is there a mod or a way to change a bound weapon... the regular bound sword into another kind of sword or a scythe? >_>
Sarya
Well, sure. Just change them in the CS like any other item. I changed mine into Ayleid Meteoric Iron ones. You may also replace models/textures, but that will affect all daedric weapons, not just bound ones. So just use the CS.

Sarya
Construction Set. Here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11367 It can probably take a while to figure it out, but the CS is certainly a "must have" whenever you use mods for Oblivion. Try it out, if you won't be able to do what you want, I (or someone else) will tell you how. It's rather far from being hard.

Sarya
For a quick guide, first install the set, then put the models/textures where they are supposed to be (if they are in "Data" folder in archive, copy that folder into "Oblivion" folder, if they are in "meshes" and "textures", copy those both in Oblivion/Data folder).Start the set, let it load a little. Check Oblivion.esm in "load master/plugin" and wait while it loads. You will have a tree of options in the long double window on the left. Find items/weapons/daedric category there, click on daedric. You'll see a list of items on the right. Select the one you require and open it's properties. You'll see a button on the upper right containing a .nif file path. Click it and select the one you need in the mod you installed previously (you'll be sent into the right folder when you click it, just find the file). Also do the same for icon if you want, but it's not necessary. Press "ok" then do that to other items you want to change. Save as .esp file. Check your .esp in Oblivion Launcher. But actually you may find any option you need in the Readme.Note that if you fail to do this particular change properly and something looks wrong, deleting an .esp file that does this particular change is not supposed to mess with your save in any way and shouldn't cause a crash (as probably any .esp that does a simple replacement).
