Guest
I've not seen any orcs in a screenshot but in the 20min trailer youre practically looking at an whitehaired orc w hen he is talking to some marius about !WARNING SPOILER! the attack on kvatch ! You can look now :P you cant miss it<{POST_SNAPBACK}> That white haired fellow was a Dark elf my good sir, by no means Orc. Vaanic pointed out the Oblivion Orc in that provided link. Al la' Vaanic. Personally, I don’t like it, he or she looks a bit husky and short for an Orc. Are you sure it isn’t just some disfigured Bosmer.......Please? and on the term of Elves, i believe there is a small XO5 video with High elves. it's somewhere in the screenshots thread i believe :)
PurpleXVI
I rather like the new Dunmer. Personally I thought all the elves got the short end of the stick in Morrowind. My only issue is that they look a bit too human, skin-colour aside. Dunmer: Punk-Goth rejects exiled to their own little island for being too damn ugly. Altmer: Seriously, too goddamn yellow, looked like they'd taken a swim in a sulfur pit, or a long soak in a tub of urine. Bosmer: Slap some gauzy wings on their back and someone could mistake them for garden fairies. (Edit: Er, should probably clarify, comments on these three elves are for their Morrowind versions, just to avoid all confusion.) The Orcs in Oblivion? What I've seen so far kinda reminds me of the main character from Shrek..... Only ones I thought they'd done well were Imperials and Redguards, honestly. Some Nords and Bretons looked okay. But all in all, I could only find two or three Argonian face/fin combinations that didn't look frighteningly ugly. Too bad, really, the Argonians were always my favourite race. Guest
i like to think i have a connection to the western Dunmer. Me being an American born Mexican (English Accent, Long Hair, doesn’t know Spanish, has preference for Indie Rock Music). I feel like a western Dunmer in Morrowind whenever I go to Mexico with my family :/ Hopefully though, these Dunmer will be a bit watered down in comparison to their Hard core family in Morrowind. I never liked how condescending they were to Imperials and all other races in Morrowind. i wonder how they will act this time around.

The Altmer have always been condescending, which makes me hate them to bits... As a matter of fact, all the dunmer you meet in Oblivion will be "outlanders", thus, they won't be all nasty to you. If the Altmer werent Condescending this time around, it would practically be against lore. Vaanic's post deleted. Sorry, but that was a one-liner "me too" post.
