All I can say is, double-check your gamma correction settings and maybe also disable HDR if it's on. HDR can be disabled either through the launcher, or by finding the "bDoHighDynamicRange" line in your FallOutPrefs.ini and changing the 1 to 0, under \My Games\Fallout 3.

Quit being a little girl

fallout 3 is a dark game

If you insist which I figure you will

Get the modz Fellout, and enhanced weather rain an snow

they work good together

Also get weildable torches and Fellout has a seprate pipboy light mod

that if you put before fook it won't cause problems

For Fellout you wana use the SOTD version, and it's either one or the other

Felloutfull or felloutSOTD

SOTD stands for "scared of the dark"

Also you could ask the fellout author, to make a plug in for Fellout which would address the issues

in the Zeta fancy DLC stuff.

I don't use DLC's because I'm country an not fancy at all like you city folks.

Besdies them being flamed across the net as to the problems that they may or may not cause.

If all else fails, download geck, an learn how to edit places and stuff, or add lights into the cells that are dark

but know that too much light ruins it, and also there are different lighting settings for each cell
