Danathorn.
Well i've had this problem from the start and I wonder if any of you people will kindly help me with it :). I start of by downloading a face plugin which is all ok, i unzip it 2 my data files folder. Then i start the game up (im starting from scratch again) and then i get 2 the guard and i have 2 choose my face. The downloaded files are Imperial faces and i choose imperial face but then when i select the new downloaded face this error messege occurs " Model Load Error: Meshes\b\Zul_B_BeautyP_Imp_M_07.nif cannot load file in Meshes\b\Zul_B_BeautyP_Imp_M_07.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF. Continue running executable?" Well i know its probably happened before but i can't find any help about it so i wonder if any of you would kindly help me please :D .
Switch
Did you try manually unzipping? It sounds to me as though whatever zip program you used didn't extract the files properly. That happens sometimes. Try going to the folders and dragging the files in manually.

Marxist ßastard
Do not unpack the graphics archive. This will slow the game down and make it nigh-on impossible to uninstall the plugin completely. Simply install the archive as it is by indicating it in Morrowind.ini, under the [Archives] section of Morrowind.ini. If you don't mind horrible plagues being set upon you and all whom you love, you may also use the autmoated BSAReg utility to install the archive.
