BOSS problems

So when I first got BOSS, it worked fine. It sorted, it recognized all the games it was supposed to, and worked really well.

 

Now it only recognizes Skyrim, and the BOSS cmd prompt doesn't even ask which game I want to use it for anymore. Heck, it doesn't even recognize my Oblivion, FONV, or Morrowind installation folders. When I start BOSS directly or via shortcut, it just automatically pulls up Skyrim on my browser, and even then it doesn't sort it.

 

It should also be noted that I can't make new folders on my computer without the cmd prompt. Could this be related to my problems?

 

Also, yes all my installation folders are legit, none of the mentioned games are pirated, etc. etc.

Well, never mind, it works fine now (I guess). It sorts FONV, but not Skyrim or Oblivion. It still shows me the log though, so I can just reposition manually. Apparently starting the launcher (not the actual .exe) makes BOSS recognize them again, at least it did for me.

No one is required to give help. And sometimes they just don't know - Would you prefer wading through several hundred I don't know posts?

( Here is #1) I have no clue what your problem is, but it works for me.

Actually I would prefer people to make an effort. If even after that, they still don't know, then that's fine. Even a meager suggestion would be welcome, because it shows people actually care.
