Fallout freeze out quieting game

Hey, The game loads, plays, saves fine but when I click quit game, the game just says on, I see my screen no menu's and have the fade out effect when you pause the game, I have tried to fix this but couldn't find a fix.

 

I am using NVSE 4.2b2

and fallout 4gb this version http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55061/?

 

same with original version.

 

Once when I exited the game I go a pop up saying falloutnv is trying to quit in a different way or something like that, cannot remember exactly
