BSShader question

easiest way is to go into an existing fallout3 mesh and copy the entire BSShader block branch, then plug in your stuff afterwards.

Paste Branch the branch into your own objects block list and presto! just remember to delete any existing BSShader stuff so it doesnt conflict, unless it isnt part of a sub branch

@Jaysus

I obviously did not form my question clearly. I'm actually adding a textureset to a model which has no texture block therefore there is no puple flower. Thanks for your reply :)

@Skree000

Cheers, thanks that should work :)

the purple flower is in the bsdshaderpplightproperties block details list... clicking on it allows you to enter the index number of the texture set it shall use as a child node

bsdshaderpplightproperties: I added this by right clicking the nitrishape block and went in the correct place.

bsshader textureset: I know the flower is in this part but this part is not there and when I try to add it, it goes to the bottom of the hierachy

there is a texture REF in bsshaderpplightingproperties and when I increase the number to the number of textures I want for that block (in this case 2) It adds nitexturingproperty not bsshader textureset.

So back to square 1. When I try to add bsshader terxtureset to bsshaderpplightingproperties, it goes to the bottom of the hieirachy. Using control up only moves it up the parent tree and does not place it in the child block.
