Could someone check and remake this?

A guy made this, and it's not fully complete like it should be. The textures have a problem that makes it take the color of whatever is around it and the helmet lights up.

If anyone could fix that for me, I would appreciate it. :)

It should look like that.

I can't (nor any other modder) alter another authors work without permission. But the pieces seem pretty straightforward. Chinese stealth suit, Hazmat helmet, courier duster. Other than maybe wrestling with a bit of clipping it should be fairly simple. Anyway let me know if you want to go in that direction.

I'm the one who did that mod. I never could figure out why he was having those problems. Worked just fine in my FNV install. Feel free to fix it if you can.

No problem I'll download the mod and pair the esp with a bsa that should take care of the texture problem. Then adjust the hat and send it back up in the thread to for you to handle.

Heh, simple problem and solution, you forgot the "dangman" folder right before the garcardo request folder in the textures 'tree'.

@Garcardo - Make a new folder inside the textures folder located in your game directory's data folder, and name it 'dangman' then move the 'garcardosrequest' folder into dangman. Problem solved. Note: You may need to toggle archive invalidation.

Edit: Missed a word..

Yeah it's just an error in the texture path, that's why I was going to pack it into a bsa....bulletproof. But it's a "give a fish/teach to fish" thing, and it's better, Garcardo, to take ArekkusuStorm's advice and get a handle on how it's done.

Garcardo you can also use nifskope to check for the correct texture paths (and change them) in the future if you run across the same problem Garcardo . Click on the mesh in nifskope and navigate to NiTriStrips->BSShaderPPLightingProperty->BSSaderTextureSet and under the block details will be "Textures". Expand it and you will see the texture paths.

Holy crap, seriously? Damn, such a simple fix. Didn't think to look at the actual folders I was sending him.

Thanks people for the help!
