Probably the most cruel of the Vault Tec experiments. 300 people have came in, and almost all of them died. The Vault was also meant to protect the president. The president commanded overseer kill all the people of the vault. The overseer couldn't take it and got into a frozing chamber. After that the vault was empty for a long time. One day a group of people find the vault. They free th overseer from the frozing chamber and they live there, but many things made them think the vault was not a good place to live Enclave mutants ghouls. It was like everybody was verses them. One day people have left the vault. Overseer also known as White Dog was last one to leave. He destroyed all exits except for one. Life in the wasteland smelled better then in the vault but it wasn't. Many have died. Of hunger of thirst of pain.
