Suppose you could make it so that when you wear something like a special glasses, you would be teleported to a different place where everything is not destroyed? Like the Clep home mod, put on glasses, transport to some place. Make each pair of glasses teleport you to a specific location where everything isn't destroyed, instead of the entire wasteland. Like glasses #1 teleports you to an undestroyed Meresti Trainyard, and glasses #2 teleports you to another location. You won't be able to leave the location unless you take off the glasses.
