Just today I noticed that as I put my crosshair over Edgar's Discount Spells door to go in, it was written in Italian or what looked like Italian to me. Then it as I left after buying a spell the door said it lead to the Market District, again in Italian. I can't seem to find the culprit here...has anyone ever had a problem with mods changing the language of certain things in-game before? I once had this problem in Fallout 3 as well, with Rivet City doors turning into Russian, but I knew the esp that was doing that and edited it in the GECK.

How about trying this...

 

Uncheck all of the mods then make one active and check. Not that one? Uncheck then check the next one. Repeat.
