Another skin / head problem

Ok hello everyone, I downloaded this "May The Cute Elf" (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24510) and downloaded all nessesary files, but it looks like crap.

 

The requiring files:

Cute Elf Race

Custom Race Fixer

HGEC Body replacer

Rens Beauty Pack

 

I also have High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC

I think the hi-rez skin makes the match between the head the rest of the body uneven. Try removing the hi-rez textures and see if it any different.

This screenshot avoids to show neck seam by adjusting camera height. In fact, it is always there, and even with matching textures you cannot eliminate it.

 

**Another note: Cute Elves use own body texture(with Nec's Mystic High Elf head texture).

What LFact has stated is true. I think there is a mod allows you to hide the seamline around the neckline. Another allows you to reduce the visibility of the seamlines on the body.

I have accepted the fact that most pics we see here are edited in some way to show the "chocolate side" and hide the problems with seams. I think that is just a hard coded problem in Oblivion. I have spent hours getting the texture colors to match up, but because there is always a neck discoloring the head will look mostly darker then the rest. That happens more with darker skins than light ones i think.

 

One solution as pointed out would be the seam concealer by Luchaire. But as it only adds a bandaid (well necklace) it is not a true problem solver:

I guess clothes that conceal that fact are the only solution right now.
