ArekkusuStorm
"Can't export mesh with unweighted vertices. The unweighted vertices have been selected in the mesh so they can easily be identified." This is probably my absolute worst nightmare for Blender. It claims that I have unweighted vertices therefore it can't export the mesh (even though one side, the intended side, is clearly weighted) So I said OK, set the weight to one, painted the surface, tried to export and... "Can't export, sorry." and it goes to select the exact same face I just painted. Why... WHY?! The whole god darn face is weighted! I mean, of course that area isn't weighted in the other vertex groups, it's not supposed to, so what gives? Edit: Ohhh, now I get what it means, it meant that there were parts where none of the vertex groups touched... but it did a horrible job of selecting them, not even anywhere close to those faces. neomonkeus
It only selects vertices which are unweighted. A face will only be selected if all the vertices comprising that face are selected. This is a blender mechanic. Edited March 3, 2014 by neomonkeus
