EliteKill
Well, I just started my Stealth-Sniper character and got the Chinese Stealth Suit from Operation: Anchorage. Now, My complaint is that I have to crouch to be invisible. Is it possible to make an item which I can hotkey to toggle the invisibility effect on and off? If so, is it also possible that while standing up in while cloaked, Stealth Mode (pickpocketing, the indicator telling weather you are hidden or detected) can be activated? I think that this will make the Fallout 3 Stealth Experience much better.
gsmanners
I think the detect AI is hardcoded in the game engine to ignore your chameleon value when you are standing. So, unless you hack the exe to do it (too much like real work), I don't think it's possible.
twofive
As I read in the bethsoft wiki, the Fallout Script Extender allows hotkeys.Maybe that's a point.
Ihoe
I know there was a mod made for it, I just can't remember, I think it allowed th player to sneak without the effect though...But why would you want to do that? NPCs will know you're there anyway, only sneaking can make you bypass them if i'm right.

Cotes
No experience at all, but could it be possible to simply change the crouching animation and walking speed identical to the normal stance when wearing certain armor?
