SkunkMonkey Posted August 26, 2009 Share Posted August 26, 2009 I've searched and searched with no success looking for a mod that would allow me to ride my horse from town to town. I'm not too keen on Fast Travel as you miss a lot of content and great scenery this game has to offer. What I'd like to be able to do is hop on my horse at a stable outside of town or along a main road, pull up my map and select a destination stable. The horse would then take off running (or walking if you have autorun off) along the road steering itself until reaching the destination. If attacked, the horse should stop, allowing you to initiate combat or try to escape manually. It should have the same limitation as Fast Travel in the respect that you can't initiate it while enemies are nearby. While it would be awesome to be able to ride from any two markers on the map, but I realize that some form of pathing would have to be coded and that can be a daunting task so I'm willing to settle for city to city on main roads only. I know the pathing is in place for Imperial Legion guards and the news courier on main roads, so I would imagine that would be reusable.
