EXNEM, HGEC, Roberts not one working for me.

Hey guys, I was on here yesterday and I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem..

 

Clearly I am new to the whole modding in Oblivion, I have the vanilla for the 360.

 

Alright so heres my problem I can't seem to download any body mod.. Not one of them will work for me I just dont understand what I am doing wrong all I wanna do is wear some awesome clothes; I can't do that with out the body mods right?

(There are some clothes that worked that dont require a body mod)

 

Here is the ways I do it

 

First: Download both copys (if possible) Manual or OMM.

 

Second: I go into program files, and run as admin (have vista) on either 7 zip or Winrar.

 

Third: I find the file in 7 zip or Winrar and click "exract here"

 

Fourth: I go to C:Programfiles/Bethsda/Oblivion/data (and exract the file there)

 

Fifth: I go to Oblivion shortcut and click on data files (the file is not there)

 

Sixth: I leave the extracted files in Oblivion/data and then copy the files in Oblivion/omm/mods (I made my own file called mods)

 

Seventh: Then I run as admin on OMM, and out of all the body mods I have tried only Exnem has showed on the OMM download list so I proceed to download the file it doesn't appear in Oblivion shortcuts data nor does it appear in the checkmark list in OMM it just stays in the download list in OMM

 

Eighth: I run both the lancher Oblivion shortcut or OMM lancher the Exnem body mods arent there because Apachii goddess store tells me that I am missing a mesh (which I am guessing is the body mod)

 

Now for me I dont usually play PC games so I could look like an idiot.. But I think I did everything right.. I just dont understand.

If you're gonna do manual install, you should extract archive into \(your Oblivion)\data unless it has 'wrong' directory structure. And if you want to install omod, put omod file at \(your Oblivion)\obmm\mods, then install it via OBMM.

 

**ExnemEC and HGEC does not need plugin, for they just replaces body meshes and textures. And, you cannot use two female body replacer at once(one will always overwrite another).
