Looking for mods to assist in finishing an effect I'm going for.

I'm currently running, excluding certain >.> visual components,

Ammo Ingredients as Loot

Missing Ammo Recipes

Realistic Weapons Damages

 

To complete what I'm going for I would like to find mods that reasonable(Or adjust-ably) decrease the amount of ammo loot found from all sources for NV + all dlc.

 

I'm hoping that by mixing it with the others it'll balance out the damage changes for the already too plentiful ammo in the game and whilst also keeping the much quicker fire fights and over all sense of risk/survival.

 

Saw a couple of mods that made NPC use ammo but those were bare bones on info so I wasn't sure how supported they were or if they'd also help towards what I'm trying to get done. Although them using ammo might also help rebalance melee back into viability I guess... >.<

 

If anyone knows any mods that'll achieve the right mix without adding a whole bunch of odd extras to the game that'd be awesome.

I'm looking to not actually add anything, just rearrange things that are in the default game. No new weapons/options/enemies/allies/ammo types anything.

 

But I think I've given up, not for not finding the mod but because I just realized something seems to be wrong with my game, it's missing a lot of preset enemy placements which is kinda weird. Not sure what's going on but something is up and it's not the mods I installed...
