ekkstra
When i first saw Oblivion a few years ago. I was really interested in the game and then i saw a picture of a man in elven armor and behind him was some type of ruins (at the time i didnt know what it was) Heres the picture:http://cache.kotaku.com/gaming/Oblivion.jpg Ive always wondered, does this guy exist or what? If he does, i havent found him at all from all my explorin. If he doesnt, thats too bad.
AncientSpaceAeon
The man doesn't exist. But the armor and a guy wearing it exists. The Elven armor only shows up when you are at some level (maybe). (so the armor it's leveled) But if you want to find the armor fast. - Open the console using the ` key. (the key above TAB, below ESC)- Type: coc testinghall- Then you will teleported to a place.- Next, you find a door that goes to the Armor Warehouse. (Check each door that have lights)- At the room, you can find the armor And, it's cheating.

madman132
Unless this is a playercharacter, this Picture can not be taken in a normal unmodded Game. The Armor is in the normal Game, as is the Shield and the Sword. There are different Kinds of People that will try to give you a hard time when you run around in the Wilderness.Bandits wear light Armor and will, since all the enemies in the Game are scaled to the Level of the Player Character, sometimes wear the second best Light Armor in the Game. They will very rarely wear a full set of it and they don't use Swords. There are also "Marauders", which will have Swords, but they wear "heavy" Armor. niccolo
Awww, that's no fun... It'd be kinda cool to duel him....And I don't know why I'm complaining. It's not like it'd be difficult to mod in. Maybe I will, just for the hell of it. xD Mind you, if I were a bandit I'd not wear that full suit. That truly is a bizarre helmet.
Pronam
It is the character used in the official screenshots and introduction/developer videos.(Which aren't available anymore if I'm correct.)They promised a lot in those videos, but most of those thing didn't came true. And most of those things were just teasers, which didn't really show any true game-content. (which you could play.)Same for the chorrol bookstore and the special ayleid crystals, which I definitely missed in the game. I'll take a look and see if they are on youtube, if not.. I'll do, I still have them somewhere :). --edit--They are on youtube. This is the one showing that character after a minute or two.
