IceDolphin
Okay, so I'm using blender to change the color of combat armor, but when I check in nifskope it's the normal texture, Is it a export option or what? Help appreciated.
neomonkeus
What exactly are you changing, "colour" is very vague.
IceDolphin
I'm simply changing the combat armor to blue in blender, but when I open it with nifskope it's normal color.
ArekkusuStorm
You're painting directly on the mesh or painting over the UV map? because painting onto the mesh won't actually do anything. Either way it's better to just edit the texture and change the colours through Photoshop or GIMP.
neomonkeus
Material color (assuming diffuse or ambient here) is ignored, a default value will alway be written for it. Even if they weren't the texture takes prioirty and textures are required. So by in large material "colors" are ignored.
