The warning was given for the following reason: Upload of copyrighted material. Offering people ripped content is not a very smart thing to do, especially since you know it's not allowed here after the removal of the images featuring it. It's a copyright violation, and that makes it illegal. You get caught providing anything illegal, you will be banned.
