Hey guys!

 

Background:

 

So I am a former mod maker for Medieval Total War, Rome Total War, and Morrowind. I really worked on minor fixes for most things but I was apart of the Europa Barbarorum team and I worked on the Morroblivion mod for sometime.

 

So I am pretty familiar with modding and I know how to do basic things however I have an idea for a rather large mod.

 

Concept:

 

I want to create an alternate path on the Civil War that would have the Orcs take over Skyrim. Now most people might be asking themselves, Why the Orcs? Wouldn't the Thalmor or the Forsworn make more sense? Perhaps, however the Orcs have many different forts and different areas in which place them at a strategic advantage over holds. While the Orcs don't have the numbers that the other races do they got more tenacity and the idea could be that Malacath calls all Orcs(city and those living in forts) to raise up and take Skyrim.

 

In the lore regarding Second Orsinium, the new orcish leader of Orsinium has rejected Malacath as God of the Orcs, claiming that he is a mere demon. This is where the quest mod would start. A large amount of Orcs could arrive on the coast of Skyrim because they don't agree with the new policies in Orsinium regarding Malacath. Priests, Women, Children and most importantly Warriors! They would be loyal to Malacath and want to take this land as their own.

 

Now this would be dependent upon the character race as well, similar to the getting into Orc strongholds in the game, if you were an Orc they will immediately accept you. However, if you aren't an Orc then you have to do something for them in order to gain their trust before you could help them.

 

 

Idea:

 

Where did I get the idea? Well, I am currently doing an Orcish playthrough and I am posting it on youtube. However, my character is somewhat of Orc supremacist. Similar to the way the Stormcloaks are regarding the Nords. He is a barbarian and loyal worshipper of Malacath. Hence, he wants the Orcs to take over Skyrim and he believes they are the strongest and most able.

 

 

 

What do I need?

 

Mostly people who are just willing to work with me and help me with scripting and possibly some more complicated tasks depending upon how far this mod comes. I have a few people who have agreed to help with the voice acting already so I have starting places I just need more people.

 

So what do you say? How about together we fight for the Orsimer! FOR MALACATH!

What a cool idea for a mod! I wish I knew how to mod properly, otherwise I'd help in a heartbeat (I love Orcish themed mods)
