withdrawal effects

Hay, I wanna know if I can make a temporary withdrawal effect after using something... so say the player uses the the thing in question and then after the effects of the drug wear off, they go into withdrawal for say a minute...

Is this possible and how would I go about doing this?

Any help is welcome...

hmmmm Idk

You wana look at RI_PN Real Injuries Primary needs

then also look at BLTC, HazDrugs, FDA, an so on

BLTC has some stuff like this I think, idk

Withdraw is tied to addiction though I think isn't it

You're wanting the withdrawl without the addiction

Which they are the same thing

I think however you could make it a temp addiction

that or key in that it's a auto addiction fix run on a timer (you know the doctor's cure addiction spell/script whatever)

I spent a lot of time looking at RI_PN, BLTC, HazDrugs, FDA, and then maybe 6 or more that were all conflicting

I fixed it with FO3edit, so I got to see a lot of stuff in there.

Usually you have the entry for the drug, then scripts, effects, an conditions of the effect

which are numbers mostly, you can have a bunch of effects, and even more than one condition for each effect

So Idk I kind of want to say it's possible, but you know you would have to understand what all those names mean

which is not very easy.

The first thing I would do is Private message one of the big drug mods maker, an ask them for tips.

Wait, hey!

I think maybe you can do just what you wanted.

There are these effects on most of that stuff in there

Kind of the vanilla ones like the one that gives you rads

or something simple like makes you stronger

I remember seeing them in FO3edit

because the effects for BLTC an RI_PN were really long effects with conditions an such

The vanilla or base ones were the only thing that wasn't in red (conflict) they were the first ones listed

going from top to bottom, I'd have to try one to tell you exactly how to do it

I don't really have time for that so I'll just guess

It would probably look like

Try messing with a effect one of the small simple ones, like add strength or add rads

Then also if you click something in FO3edits multiple entry list, then wait a second an click it again

sometimes it will pull up a arrow on the right side of the entry in list you clicked on (kind of the way you click to rename stuff in windows)

anyhow when the arrow pulls up you can click the arrow which will show a list of all availible commands

this might help because there isn't really something that says how many differernt ones there are like

There's only about 5 or so that you would have to change to create a simple effect

then stuff like RI_PN or BLTC has effects that have 1-2 condidtions which get long
