ariinya
I'm having trouble with skill gain. I've just installed the OOO mod for the first time, since I've heard so many great things about it... mostly, I installed it because I love being a thief, and hate that there are so few things of value to steal. However, I'm finding a lot of things I DON'T like, and I don't know how to turn them off or change them. I'm not a modder myself, I just use these wonderful mods. The skill gain, at the moment, is the most annoying. I would rather just go back to the vanilla Oblivion system, but I don't know how. I didn't put in any of the Level Rate Modifier files, or the levelslow addon, but the rate of my skill gain is still down to a snail's pace. How can I change this? annoyinglogin2
Install a level-up mod of your choice and load it after OOO, it will overwrite OOO's settings.
ariinya
Have any in mind that work well? I know I use some mods to change the levelling system... don't have to sleep and such, but they don't do anything to overwrite the slow levelling imposed on my game by OOO. annoyinglogin2
I use Kobu's charatcher advancement. It's basically a costant upgrading based on what you do.
ariinya
Gotcha. What about Ngcd? That's what I've been using (just figured it out; wasn't sure exactly what it was), but it hasn't been making a difference. I don't understand the whole load order thing. I can't change it either way.
