Kragenir's Death Quest

I haven't gotten very far in Kragenir's Death Quest. It was sort of funny. I was playing Tales from Elsweyr, and this ghost babbling unintelligible nonsense woke me up in the night. I thought it was part of the Tales from Elsweyr mod. So I went questing all over Cyrodiil, and started to think, "What does this have to do with Elsweyr?" Then I realized that I was playing Kragenir's Death Quest without knowing it.

 

The point came where my companion from the Olga Companion Mod turned invisible. I tracked down the problem to Kragenir's Death Quest and notified the author. I am waiting to see if other companions go invisible when playing it. I haven't opened up the mod yet to see what is wrong, because I might expose spoilers.

 

I guess it is not really a problem that needs to be solved, the main issue is that I am a mage and cast ranged spells. Olga primarily uses her war hammer. I can't see her, and keep hitting her in the back with spells. She has a hot temper, and sometimes tries to kill me if I accidentally hurt her.

 

I created the mod with her in it and know what gear she uses and what spells she has, so I am quite sure she hasn't acquired something new to give her invisibility. Also, when I disable KDQ, the issue immediately goes away. One time, she equipped her helmet, and that remained visible. So all I saw was a helmet running around killing monsters.

 

As bugs and conflicts go, this one is pretty mild. It is even funny and amusing. Has anyone else ever had anything like this happen to them?

Have you tried Resetting Olga?

I will have to try resetting her. Since I made the first post, a companion from another mod has gone invisible because of KDQ.
