Game won't continue after Take it Back

I'm using FOMM, FOSE, FOOK

 

After Take it back it goes through the "ending" but then goes to start, doesn't hit the "two weeks later" screen to begin Broken Steel. Suggestions? Load order is

I would consult the readme for FOOK because your load order on those looks pretty screwed up.

Do you get the message from BS saying you max level is now 30?
