Vendors won't sell custom weapons

First forum post.

I need to know why my vendor won't sell custom weapons (modded weapons). I've put in a couple of weapons and when I open up his barter menu, he doesn't have them in there. I've placed them in a container outside the map, and not in his inventory. The only thing that shows up is the ammo and his caps. Any ideas why this isn't working? I know the mod I'm using to sell the weapons is active because he's using one of the weapons.

I was using the Enclave Commander - Marine Edition mod. Thanks for the tip, I checked "Autocalc Services" and that's why he wasn't selling anything. Thanks again.
