Mod to lower my health?

Hi all,

At first, I was wondering if there was a mod that could lower my health and my enemies health, just to make combat faster-paced and more exciting. However, it somewhat recently occurred to me that I could just download a mod to reduce my health by a lot (maybe multiply by 0.4 ?), then slide the difficulty slider over to the left.

 

So long story made short, is there already a mod out there that multiplies the player's health by a number between 0 and 1? Are there any links that could telll me how to make a mod like this in the CS (I'm a CS nooblet)?

There are two other options though. You could have someone make it for you or you could use console commands too

Make one yourself, just edit all the races and lower their endurance, simple...
