  1. Ugh, nevermind... I didn't know this place was run by some wannabe-vatican >_>. I do pity you all for being so obnoxiously shallow... Ah, well... I guess there's always gonna be some condecending kingpin who likes to run people over for their personal convenience. Sorry for bothering you all, I can see what kind of class of intellect one has to deal with here. But hey! Those things I just said can't be insults, they lack the vulgarity, I didn't prove a point at all by verbifying "Dumb f*#@s with lack of perspective". But I'll leave the forums and simply work on my files on the nexus then, I don't wanna be stuck in some kindergarden where people use barnyard-vulgarity >_>.

America is indeed idiotic, but it's people may not carry as a substancial label.

Heya, I have recently noticed that there is a forum cencorship here that forbids people to say things like "*censored*, poo, piss, angel" and so on, and I am just wondering why anyone in their right minds would put that up here, is it so hard to understand that it's not the words that counts, but the message. I mean, people who gets offended by swearing will have to deal with it, because vulgarity is part of the real world, it's part of humanity, and it's not right to remove something so simplistic and basic as the freedom of speech, because a sequence of letters cannot hurt anyone, and it's just a subjective thing to consider, so it's basicly like different music flavours and such. So if you're gonna ban something as simplistic as certain words, then you might aswell take all kinds of cultural difference and substance with you, because nothing is more important than the freedom of expression! ...I really hope a moderator reads this, because it's about *ban* time that we loose these rediculous and patronizing, anti-liberal bullshit!

  6. I once killed an enemy with an AoE spell, and I got this ragdoll glich, so that all the limbs where disconnected. So the enemy got blown to pieces basicly... ...Might not that funny, but then again. Since when is death amusing? >_<.
  7. I can't recommend a mod, but removing the shadows will really improve the FPS alot, and to a small prize of quality ^^. PS: I kinda hit the report button instead of the reply button >_<, I doubt there is much harm done, I just typed this reply in there aswell xD. ...So the moderators must think I'm an idiot >_<...
  8. I am currently making an Evil Genius mod, it may sound abit irrellevant, but I have added various crusaders into the cities. Due to the assassin-class I made, I wanted it to get abit of an Assassin's Creed feel. I may consider making some quests on defeating the crusaders later on, in wich case I might be able to offer some usefull reasources.
  9. Heya, this is a simple tut showing how to make an NPC that will hunt down the player. First off, the NPC: Make the NPC, how you make it inventory/apearance and stats wise... Does not matter. Just make sure to add it to a faction hostile towards the player. Either make a new one or give it something like, the bandit faction or something. Now, click the AI-button and set the agression to 85, 85 is a good number, because then it won't attack it's friends, and still be addled enough to go against the player... Now, half of the work is done... Time to package it... ...No, put down the gift-wrapper and listen... Go to the top bar and click "Character", then "Packages". Right-click and select "New". Then select the type as "Find". Now it's time to make some conditions... Okay, there is a few examples here: GetisMurderer == 1 < Enemy attacks when you murder someone. GetPCInfamy == *Value* < Enemy attacks when your infamy matches the number. GetCrimeGold == *Value* < Enemy attacks you when the bounty matches the number. GetPCFame == *Value* < Enemy attacks you when your fame matches the number. GetPCRace == 1 < Enemy attacks if the player is the race chosen in the parameters (You'll get that part when you actually look in the editor). GetisSex == 1 < Enemy attacks the player when the sex matches the race choosen in the parameters. GetisSleeping == 1 <Enemy will attack player while the player is asleep. Now for the last part, the Target Tab... Choose "Specific Referance", then Ref, then "PlayerRef", then that's it. You can also edit the schedule if you wish, I think it's pretty self-explanatory. Then drag the package to the list you can find when you click the AI-button on the NPC editing window. Now, spawn the NPC someplace where it's hard to find and try it out. PS: If any of you experienced modders find a slipup here, please let me know. But be mercifull. Kinda hard to keep every step in the head when you're not actually doing it >_<.

  11. Well, in Get Smart they don't mean shite, so either do they do so here. And I would make players join H.A.V.O.C, but it just makes things so much more thinner then. I mean... Screws things up, hard to explain, but I got some good reasons. And for the suits: I do add speech and barter to them, and I tried to make some awesome retextured glasses, but I got some annoying equipping gliches. But I think I know how to solve it. I will post an image of one of the first bosses I made so far, known as "Dr. Morbid". I did, recently I added Black Ops with costum armors and helmets, with really high damage and low health, so killing them undetected with a silenced gun, or just sneak past them is easy, but once detected: "TATATATATATAT!" and then the player is dead. Also: Thanks for the heads up on the spelling, used to spell it like that untill a friend of mine "corrected" me >_<.
  13. Well, I guess... But I mean, people don't have to be modders to have an opinion about a mod. So I figured it would reach out to more people here.
  14. Yes, I know the image gives off a more different message. But I can assure you that most enemies are stronger than the player. So many times it requires the player to avoid and make sure to stay safe. Like the supervillans are extremley strong and has alot of damage to deal. So it takes more than just emptying a clip into their heads while in VATS. But yeah, I try to make it more James Bond-y... Like, the enemies attack when one least expect it. And James Bond were ambushed alot. I will look for other features to add aswell, like stealing enemy intelligence and things like that. Hopefully it will add the agent-thing aswell... But my dad was a "Spy" during the late cold war. And the real image of spies are different from the fictional ones. Sean Connery has guns and pretty girls... He had a cheap car and a thermos full of coffee while sitting up all night, looking through a binoculars on a barn or some old building >_<.
  15. Heya, I am making this mod based upon 1950's Agents kind of thing, like in the classic James Bond and Get Smart, because I mean, if it's in the 1950's, or... Atleast themed that way, then it should be secret agents there too. So here is the storyline and some screenshots: Story: There was an agency founded after that the bombs started falling, known as R.E.S.T.O.R.E, they seek to diminish the evil organization known as H.A.V.O.C. At the start of the game, the player becomes a special agent working for R.E.S.T.O.R.E, and gets access to tons of new weapons and usefull spy technologies. But bear in mind that there is alot of risks that follows with this. There is H.A.V.O.C officials everywhere. Assassins, goons, agents, thugs... Supervillans even. The mod will add alot of new weapons, such as death rays, acid cannons, several new firearms and ammo, npcs and adventures. I do admit I got problems making quest-quests. But I use holotapes in order to give a good breifing on the mission instead. May seem cheesy, but it looks really good. So please give me suggestions and thoughts on the mod. I relish in constructive critisism. Some of the new contents: New suits with awesome bonuses. New music for agency areas. An expansion of the evils going on in Andale New enemies that will try to assassinate the player regularly. Missions, supervillans and other challenges. New Areas New gear and clothing. Prototypical weapons Neverending Action...!

  19. Heya, I am working on this mod that adds a new way of playing oblivion, through an evil way. But there is a few things I could use some help with: - Necromancer Spells - Demonology - Weapons, armor and gear. - New ingredients, preferably creepy stuff... Like... Eyeballs and ears and stuff. - Overall enviromental changes, such as assassins and such that will hunt the player down after his/her bounty rises. - The ability to commit evil deeds, spreading the zombie plague, pillage graves, kidnapp... Things like that. If you got anything that can help, or wishes to make something of the things listed above, it will give you a place in "The Inscriptions of Immortality" Or... Well...   20. I like Montanas... |It has that touch of... No freakin' mutated vovels or huge errors. I also like pirate isles, wich does include a functional brothel. But that has more to do with the pillaging rather than "The Slippery Wench Tavern".

  22. It's not really leagal to kill anywhere, the hostile gladiators are simply leagal to kill. Like bandits. So I guess you could edit the basic faction of let's say... Imperial City inhabitants. But that may lead to some unexpected consequences.
  23. I do HGEC too, abit tricky to install, but it works. And truth is that you can download most gear mods that supports other body types without problems, atleast I don't experience any problems.
