Game wont load in GPU but in CPU problem

Somehow my game loads into Intel® HD Graphics 4000 that is part of my I7 core ,

I want my game to use my Nvidia Geforce card.

how do I this?

 

if I right-click on my .exe and look at the 'execute grapicol prosessor' its aleady checked on "powerfull nvidia proccesor"

But it DOESNT , is there a way to maybe change the ini files to make this happen?

or is there a other solution?
