Pronam
Yeah, but who's said it will work... I couldn't upload it here.. Unable to load CTL fileCannot load the atmosphere model.Cannot load the stars.Cannot load the clouds. That means you've installed it wrong...That means that you've installed CS but that oblivion isn't in the same directory....

Pronam
K..I'll explain..the construction set gets installed in the same directory/folder as oblivion.Moving it manually/yourself by copying and pasting doesn't help... It is advised to install Oblivion in a non-standard directory to evade problems in vista.Standard directory example: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\OblivionSome directory Like: C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion will be better Both Oblivion and CS need to be uninstalled if you want that to succeed. Then you install oblivion first using another directory. which can be set in one of the steps when you install it.Then you'll install CS, as it follows the location of Oblivion it will also go in C:\Games. or any folder you set. Or take a look here: Link

dezdimona
just moved the oblvion folder to my user folder,I hope you don't mean manually? You need to install oblivion in another folder and CS follow that path. (when you install it.)To your user folder isn't really a good idea as that is protected for as certain amount as well.Something like C:\Games or C:\Alternate Program Files. etc... everything you people say is very vague and im starting to get rally pissed off cause i feel like im going on a damn wild goose chase tell me what i should do EXACTLY!!!! ty.... AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE UPLOAD THE DAMN INI!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO as i was looking everywhere in my damn folders for an answer because everything anyone posted was absolute rubbish and didnt help at all! i found a text doc called editor warnings.. the contents was: Unable to load CTL fileCannot load the atmosphere model.Cannot load the stars.Cannot load the clouds.we're try everything we know,if thats not to your liking don't take it out on us,we do this to aid people,we don't get paid, nor do we receive any benifits from it.Delete the cs and re down load it to a new file seperate fron the main data file, also you can selete the ini and it should regenerate a new one
