Mage Guild Finish

I am at the last fight with Manimarco for the Mage Guild. I have the filled Soul Stone with previous Archmage. I go into the last cave with Manimarco but can not hit him with any weapon or spell. All spells go through him and all weapons pass through him like he is not there. He hits me but nothing damages him. I try to hit him after the conversation and before it even starts but nothing will damage him. Is my game bugged or broken? I have Oblivion GOTY edition. My computer is very advanced and has no trouble running the game. Can this be fixed without starting over? I have installed the full GOTY edition with about 4 other Mods. I would like to be able to finish the Mage Guild. Thank you. --RHC

No. I do not know how to post the mods. I will list them here. They are: Abandoned Farm, Gabby companion, Dark elvish cave, Brighter Torches, Casual Oblivion 0.2, DLCShiveringIsles, Knights, Lessfogunderwater, Mine-000, Ungarimscave, Vampirecurepotions. That is what I have listed. Thank you.

This probably sounds a little obvious, but have you tried after reloading save? It might be a random error, rather than a mod induced one, mods generally dont cause spells to go through things

 

if not, an unfortunate option would be to console command .kill him, but that would kinda defeat the object of a boss fight :/
