Rain that doesn't penetrate

I agree with Xanorak about the rain being too visible and messy, I would use rain drops similar to the ones in the other rain mod. You should team up with th eother guy and make an amazing rain mod together.

:whistling:

However I think the rain looked pretty damn good before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egLhr_nWzPU

and yes the rain is a projectile. And now that I think about it... I bet the trigger on impact will cause issues with raindrops causing other raindrops to disappear.

You should just add the splashes and the anti-penetration, not change the rain. Also, why are you whistling? I do not understand...

The rain is my own. I am not tampering with Ghiro Volantes. But I will hand it over to him so he can coolify it with the fog and all that..

I been making some adjustments and lag is all gone now. Here is a special view with tcg on!

The collision boxes are too large atm. But I am going to scale them down once I am sure the rain isn't penetrating again.

I was whistling because I almost lost my temper when you guys said the rain is "messy". Luckily I know how to fix that.

here is the tcg video

I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to anger you. I was just telling you that so you can further improve it. It just looks a bit too messy, maybe you and Ghiro Volantes could team up, it would be great. Sorry!

Ah, that's disappointing to hear, I was looking forward to this mod! But what turned out the be the ultimate issue? Restrictions of the Fallout engine not being built for rain (though to my understanding it's an updated version of the Oblivion engine) or processing power of the scripts (if any) required to get the rain to work?

The truth is, I don't know anymore. I don't even know who I am. I can feel and see the world but I can not register it. All I can do is things I had learned up until 8 years ago. The only thing I have to separate out what is real and what isn't is my past memories, and those are fading.
