Jeir
I've checked most threads that seem to have similar troubles to what I have, but none covered exactly what's wrong with mine. I was bored with only having black, red and purple finery (SI), so made some more to my taste. I will admit this is the first time I used the OB CS to make something of my own, so there is a possibility that, no matter how many times I checked, I may (and probably did) miss something important. Anyway, I recoloured existing textures with new names, copied and renamed some meshes, put it all together in NifSkope, and put it all ingame with the CS. On female characters, it works perfectly. The textures are fine, the mesh is the same as every other piece of 'finery' clothing, and the alpha channels, where applied, work. On male characters, the whole body bar head and hands are missing. As far as I can tell, I have everything needed to get it to work, have checked, rechecked, and checked all over again that the file paths are sound, and they are. I have redone everything to do with the male clothing in the CS three times. I did both male and female clothes the same way, so this is puzzling me quite a bit. Any help would be welcome. As the file is too big to upload in this post, I've put it on 4shared: http://www.4shared.com/file/133923690/e6ccc390/Data.html The chest where the clothing has been kept is in the testinghall, right between the two doors in the green lights in the centre. The data folder has everything how it appears on my computer.
dezdimona
sounds like a custom race of male body mod conflict. did you create a new esp for the retextures after you were done in the CS?
Jeir
sounds like a custom race of male body mod conflict. did you create a new esp for the retextures after you were done in the CS? Yes, I did. Or at least I believe I did. The new clothing have their own meshes and textures, and the .esp made only touches them, and is only reliant on the Oblivion.esm. I didn't think it would matter much, but I am using Robert's Male (v4) and Female (v1.2) body mods, and the characters I tried them on were Imperials. dezdimona
all bodies are based on the imperial skeletons so thats not an issue. Try removing roberts and then reinstalling it,or move it to last in your order. If you move it do it on a clean save, all mods disabled.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Robert's mods, moved them to last in the load order, started a new un-modded game with and without Robert's mods, and I still have the invisible bodies on the males. Any other ideas?
dezdimona
by unmodded do you mean with all mods removed or just deactivated? just deactivating a mod will leave meshes and textures still in place ergo your problem continues. what is your mod list and load order please. Just deactivated; I have far too many mods to completely wipe OB from my system and reinstall everything, unless there was some error that meant I had little choice. I've already had to do that in the past, with far fewer mods, so I don't really feel like going through that again. Jeir
Cobl Races.espCobl Races TNR.espCobl Races TNR Si.espit may have to do with these, but since I don't use Cobl personnally I'm not sure Cobl Races just adds eyes/hair from a few other mods, and a couple of races I've never used, or even considered using. The other two just change the eyes/hair and some facial details of NPCs to make them more unique. I've never actually had any kind of problems with it before, and people like Wrye are on the Cobl team, so I'm not quite sure if it is that, especially as I have mods from other modders that add armour/clothing to the game with no problems.
