Again, you chose to ignore the rules. The right thing to do when your account is banned is to submit an unban appeal, and watch the ban notice for any communication that may be coming from the staff.

Do you think it is hopeless to appeal? Think again. There was at least one occasion when a member who committed endorsement fraud, but was considered a helpful member of the community was reinstated after a lengthy ban.

But you never bothered to submit an unban appeal from your 'Letallyn' account; you simply chose to create a new one, and you continued to use Nexus as if it was a right granted in the 'The Universal Declaration of Human Rights'. For this reason, your chances of getting reinstated are now negligible, to put it mildly.
