Hired Thugs quests repeating

I tried to make this mod myself by placing the flag "Allow repeated stages" on the Hired Thugs quests' Kill and Steal but because it was mid game I don't think it worked. That and I know nothing about quests.

 

If possible, I would like a mod that allows the two quests to constantly repeat.

It is controlled by the Story Manager. The stacked quest node that it is part of requires that all take place before repeating. They are as follows

 

Quest WIAddItem01 -- player picks up a random item - resets after a 1/4 hour game time

Quest WIAddItem02 -- player picks up a random item - resets after a 1/4 hour game time

Quest WIAddItem03 -- player steals an item with an owner - resets after 48 hour game time

Quest WIAddItem07 -- player buys a dwarven item - resets immediately

 

All that to say, if you do not buy a dwarven item after interacting with the thugs, you'll never get another round of thugs.

 

Perhaps one could turn off the "Do all before repeating" option and increase the amount of time before WiAddItem01, WiAddItem02 and WiAddItem07 reset so that they do not spam the player a lot. Or perhaps move the WiAddItem03 quest into its own quest node so that it is not dependent upon the completion of the other three.

 

That is all conjecture, I personally do not feel like fiddling with it.
