slickers Posted September 26, 2009 Share Posted September 26, 2009 Hello i have a big problem that needs to be solved:my Fallout 3 won't start!! When i run a fallout3.exe, it just says "fallout 3 will now detect your video hardware and set video options accordingly" then i press OK then another pops up saying "video settings have been set for high quality" and then i press OK and then nothing happens, so i click play again and the exact same thing happens over and over again :S.. please help! i dont know whats up. w2xlr8 Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Try This Take the cd out of the drive and go to your DEFAULT fallout 3 install folder and launch the game with the FALLOU3.exe .... NOT THE FALLOUTLAUNCHER.EXE THIS METHOD DOES NOT REQUIRE THE CD IN THE DRIVE OR ATTEMPT TO SET YOU VIDEO PREFERENCES. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
