Xanorak
Okay guys, I took all your advice and I installed K-lite codec (But I didn't uninstall Storm Codec, even though K-lite said I should), and I also disabled V-sync, and I used Fallout Stutter Removal, Tweakin It Out Textures, and plan to use Large Address Enabler when I learn how to properly use FOSE with it, as I do not use fallout.exe, obviously. So, I haven't tested out disabled V-sync, K-lite codec, or FSR, but I tried out TIOT and it seemed to give a bit of improvement. I would've also used Tweakin It Out INI if I had 3gb RAM :( Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help, and how can I make sure K-lite codec is helping Fallout 3 at all? As far as K-Lite, mainly it is the disabling of fddshow that you want from it. That seems to cause problems for many (screen freezes, etc.) and -- as I said -- you may see an fps gain too. I forgot the most important suggestion of all! ENJOY THE GAME!
Xanorak
Thanks :) Also, I was rather unsure at the installation of K-lite, because it was rather confusing for me, so I'm not sure. I'll give it a try, thanks.
