Adding physic and collision to my custom model?

Oh, right. I forgot to mention to set the parent object of the collision as your hat. If that still doesn't work, send me the files and I'll see what's wrong.

 

Do i have to do this in blender, or can I do this in NIF? How do i do this? I am so sorry about all these questions, i just don't use Blender 2.49 as much as 2.69 and so it is a strange place for me.

You probably could do it in Nifskope, but I don't know how.

 

Make sure you know the name of your hat

Then select your collision mesh and type the name of the hat into this box under object (F7).

Well I do this and the collision box goes on top of the dynamic thing you told me to create. I still tried exporting to nif and putting in the game, but the object still floats in midair.

NEVERMIND I manage to fix it myself. First you right click the Bounding Box and then you right click the dynamic circle thing on the outside. After that press CTRL+P and make parent and BOOM. Just export it with the instructions Arrekusustorm gave! Thank you Arrekusustorm!
