NPC's Frozen..

So ive been having this problem for a while now and its getting to me. Im fairly new to using mods and already ive had problems with one idk which one but, a few npcs are frozen like mannequins in game one of them is lyida the housecarl of the dragon born, and the other one is the housecarl of riften and as soon as i started a quest with the companions the archer from riverwood was frozen when i got to the cave to rescue him. these are what the BOSS log is showing me. is there something im doing wrong and i have been using the generator but nothing seems to be working even when i uninstall the mods. does anyone know anything the help is appreciated.
