duchuy613 Posted March 26, 2014 Share Posted March 26, 2014 So, have anyone ever wondered why you're the only courier in the game (w/o DLC)?Well, I thought it'd be great if anyone could make a mod that add couriers to the game. Maybe add them like the traveling merchants that you occasionally see wandering the Mojave wasteland. And maybe add a building and make it the HQ of the Mojave couriers? It'd be great if you see couriers running around and you can talk to them, to which they'd comment something like "I thought you're dead, but since you're not, might wanna check in with the HQ" and give you the location of the HQ. No quest needed, but it'd be great if there are quests that allow you to, well, be a courier and delivering stuff to different location. You can either deliver the item, or take them if you want, but will result in you getting fired or you can use Speech check and the option to lie that you got robbed/attacked (you can only lie 1 or 2 times) to talk your way out of it. There's already an HQ for the couriers, its the Mojave Express. OGMSCOLEPEARSON Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 Bethesda's game Skyrim featured Couriers that would give you your mail, but I assume they wanted to mix things up with FNV, My theory is that the couriers are in another part of Post-Apocalyptic America. THAT or Obsidian decided to be a herp-a-derp and decide to make a Mailbox system INSTEAD of a courier system.Your idea has potential, and would be surprisingly easy to make; the real problem would be Lip-Syncing the couriers.
