TheAmazingPINGAS
Yeah, basically what the Title says.I "kind" of screwed up some mods from deleting a few other mods. Now there's all kinds of Bugs, Glitches, Etc.But the question is: How do I get rid of them? Because I don't want to accidently delete an important file and then even make the game worse. Also, is there any video that can show me how to clean this mess up? Edited March 26, 2014 by TheAmazingPINGAS
alienzerox
my advice ---> if you used a mod manager to install them then use it to un-install them if not then you need to go old school by using the mods archive as reference to remove them manually out of the data folder...savvy? thedevillives
You can essentially delete your "Data" folder and then have Steam redownload the files it needs. But that's like 13 gig of data... all of the necessary .esp, .esm, and .bsa files are over 8gb alone, could at the very least leave all those... Not saying I would go this route (I have and it worked fine for me, might not for you...) I'd also delete any loose files in the main game directory and the folder in your Documents\Games folder. That includes your save files so if you don't have Steam backing up to the cloud you might want to make a manual backup. Wouldn't hurt in any case... Or do like alienzerox said and use a mod manager and save a whole ton of trouble...
