That's UK and US. Most of the West, actually. Not sure what the punishment is. The point is law = finance. Any time finance and lawyers get in the same room, humanity pays a price. I expect copyrights will be abandoned by 2100, and seen as archaic materialists holding onto their pre-digital notions of ownership and rights, back before the internet became sentient and swept away all conception of free will. hat's just my projection.
