Load order help for fallout 3

Hello i noticed that when i go to rivet or the metro right next to it for the main quest fallout 3 crashes on me. I have came to the conclusion that is has to do with my load order. I took off the mods and tried to zone and it work many of times. I would like some help on why it keep crashing i will post my load order.

You aren't using FWE-Followers Enhanced so any patches that call for it will cause a problem. You also don't need both of the MMM & Project Beauty patches. As for the load order, use BOSS to sort it: http://boss-developers.github.io/

 

Since you are having a problem when you have mods installed, disable all your mods and then add them in one at a time until the problem starts again. Then you will know which one is causing the problem.
