Deadly Reflex help

I'm running the latest Oblivion patch.

I've downloaded and installed OBSE-it works, ive ran the game via OBSE no probs. I used OBMM to install/activate Deadly Reflex, checked off the Horse Master.esm (immediately after the main Oblivion .esm, as per load order instructions) and I checked off the battle moves .esp- last one on the list, as per load order instructions. I unzipped the deadly reflex 7zip into Oblivion/data.

I start the game through OBSe. i load a file. i wait. Nothing happens. No menues, nothing. GRAWR!

Most of my mods are jsut item additions- a medium sized list. the only real mods that i think could be a problem dont seem to conflict according the the conflict report...

I have the unnofficial patch

Akatosh mounts by SaidenStorm

MidasMagic

the Aanimation Replacer Pack by Reso

the Fantasy Mod

Animated staves

a bunch of random armor/weapon additions

I downloaded the patch from the link on the deadly reflex description- unzipped it into the data (it's supposed to replace the .esp i think) AND for good measure i installed it with OBMM.

BUT NOTHING WORKS!

grawr.

I've noticed something however.

Under my data directory, i have another data folder. and in that data folder is a small amount of files and another data folder, with another small assortment of file. This probabaly occurred when i installed a mod and it wasn't packaged right or omehting, so i copied it to data and it seperated them somehow. Or i copied the data folder INSIDE the folder instead of ontop of the folder. i dont know.

There's a small assortment of possible conflicts, but I could use help.

In the meantime, I'm going to try unzipping the deadly reflex 7zip into both of the other folders. good bye, memory space X_x

last time i solved problems like this (when i was attempting to get the chingari/Ismelda demon race to work) by copying the folders into several different spaces.

This may not be solved in such a way, as there are many varibales-I've never used OBSE before, but it isn't hard to just start up the game using it, which is all i've seen indicated as neccessary.

So, if any of you have experienced this problem, or just have useful info, I'd be rather grateful for any and help :wallbash:
