LE A beg for changes for Sutvaka Fortified Estate

I request of a mod of a mod (if that makes sense)

I have a few requests to modify Sutvaka as it is my favorite house mod.

1. Remove all of the hidden chambers and just have that door lead down a small flight of stairs (not a new cell) to a forge (same as the hidden chambers.)
2. An extra manikin in the armory (room before the door to the hidden chambers) and more weapon racks.
3. Better kitchen (just apply a oven)
4. Item sorting (for addon to the forge) for a storage room like many other house mods.
5. Outside to look more packed (mead barrels, crates, piles or barrels of weapons)
6. More trees to exterior.
7. fixed path to road (footprint path to nearest road)

I know this seems like a lot but I've got some proof of concept made but small bugs (doors open halfway and manikin go everywere) also i cannot figure out how to get auto sort.

This would be much appreciated.
