Will this run Fallout 3?

Hi, I have just ordered a new laptop it's specs look pretty good, I've played Fallout 3 on Xbox360 but would really like to be able to be able to use mods on the PC version.

 

I'll post the specs below, can anyone with a more informed knowledge tell me if it will run Fallout 3, If so, How well?

That may run it ok, but just be worned the explosions may cause some lagg. I had a amd athlon dual core 2.8ghz, and it had issue's with that and so would your Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P8700 (2.53Ghz. The real Recommended specs are pretty much same as Oblivion, 3.0ghz if you ask me.

It'll run it, but honestly I advise you stick to medium settings for optimum performence.
